It contains aromatic ingredients such as menthol and camphor to calm a cough, eucalyptus and menthol to relieve nose congestion, and eucalyptus to relieve catarrh.

Directions: Vicks VapoRub is effective if applied to the skin, or mixed with hot water and inhaled as a steam. Rub Vicks VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. For children (over 2 years), apply lightly to chest and back. Rub in gently. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Or Melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes. Caution: Never re-heat the mixture.
