Eno Salt

Eno Fruit Salts are for fast, refreshing relief from stomach upsets. Eno Fruit Salts provide symptomatic relief from indigestion, flatulence and nausea. The Eno Fruit Salt formula neutralises stomach acid and brings the digestive system back to normal. Directions Dissolve the powder in a glass of water before taking it. Ingredients 5g dose of white crystalline powder containing: Sodium bicarbonate 2.32 g Citric acid 2.18 g and Anhydrous Sodium Carbonate 0.50g Dosage Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1x 5ml spoonful every 2-3 hours if necessary. Maximum 6 doses 30ml in 24 hours. Children under 12: not recommended except on medical advice.
