Day & Night Nurse® Capsules offer complete 24 hour relief from cold and flu. Each handy pack contains both Night Nurse® and Day Nurse® Capsules. Taken during the day, Day Nurse® offers non-drowsy multi-symptom relief, including tickly coughs and blocked nose. Then, taken before bedtime Night Nurse® helps relieve fever, sore throat pain, headaches and tickly coughs, so helping restful sleep. Helps with headaches, shivers, aches and pains, sore throat pain, tickly coughs, and blocked and runny nose. Dosage: Adults and children aged 12 years and over. Day time Dosage: 2 yellow / orange capsules to be taken with a glass, every 4 hours upto a maximum of 3 doses throughout the day, if needed. Night Time Dosage: 2 grren / white capsules to be taken with a glass of water at bedtime.
