Returns & Replacements

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us via email within this 14-day period and write 'Return' in the subject field. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours, except bank and other public holidays.

Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

For health and safety reasons, medicines and certain healthcare products cannot be returned once opened, in line with pharmacy regulations.
